Elk pot roast

One Jar pepperoncinis ( I only use about 8-10 peppers depending on how spicy you want it)

One packet Au Juis

Ranch seasoning. I use Sassy Sues from Amarillo ( its amazing) but you can use a packet of any brand

One stick of butter

Fill the Crock Pot to cover 1/2-3/4 of the Pot roast
Cover the pot roast with salt/pepper/flour and a little seasoning, I use ranch and Zesty western from HiMtn Seasoning. Put olive oil in a pan and Brown the pot roast on both sides. Put in the crock pot and cook for 6-10 hours. If youre in a hurry do 6 hours and 4 hours in break up the pot roast so it cooks thoroughly. Otherwise just cook it 8-10 hours and it will be ready to serve!

2lb Ground beef

1 Large egg

3 Tablespoons whole milk

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire

2 cloves garlic or 1 Teaspoon garlic powder

1 Teaspoon Onion powder

1/4 tspn salt

pepper

3/4 cup breadcrumbs
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Then add the ground meat and mix thoroughly.. You don't have to add the breadcrumbs if you don't want to, the texture will be a little more wet but still amazing. Both options are great!
